クリスマスディナーの魚料理は真鱈でしたが仕入れの都合で余市産平目のムニエルに変更になりました。
魚介の仕入れは海のご機嫌次第。

近海で立派なヒラメが水揚げされるのですから小樽は海の幸の宝庫ですよね。厨房内でキッチンスタッフは淡々と自分のノルマをクリアーしていくという作業ですのでとても静かです。マスターも無口になってきています（笑）

Due to the latest information  about the Christmas dinner , following changes are made
